Michael El Khoury (General Manager) Michael has over 22 years experience in the real estate sector. During this time he has established long term relationships with over 40 partner Real Estate Agents, and 50 Financial Planners and Accountants. He is well respected by both developers and builders, having successfully packaged, marketed and sold 1000’s of properties for many of Australia’s prominent developers. Michael has extensive experience in project marketing, including advising on design, pricing strategies and developing effective advertising campaigns. His previous roles include Managing Director of Sydney City Realty. Robert El Khoury (Director)As the Executive Director of Investment Realty, Robert has over 10 years of experience in real estate. During this time he has become a prominent figure in the industry. Robert has built up a sound portfolio of qualiÿ cations. He holds a Graduate Bachelor of Electrical Engineering; a Certiÿ cate in Real Estate Administration, Management and Advertising; and is an accredited Mortgage Broker. He has an acute understanding of development and construction, as well as sales and marketing. Consequently his wide range of skills allows him to liaise with developers and investors alike. Additionally our team consists of internal and external consultants with experience in all aspects of marketing, finance, property and wealth creation. |
